1.Customers are suggested to purchase the r/c models which are being comfortable with their r/c skills. First timers, be sure to read the instruction carefully and do pre-fly testing. First timers are suggested to consult with experienced players if possible to avoid/reduce the possibility of crash.
2. Li-poly batteries have potential danger of explosion during the charging. Be sure to read the battery instruction carefully before charging it. Do no leave the charger and battery unattended during the charging. Please also keep it away from the combustibles. Do not over charge the battery. For Li-poly battery, use only the charger comes with the Li-poly battery.
3. Inspect the package received carefully within the 3 days of delivery to make sure the package is complete and intact. We only accept missing item(s) report or damage item(s) report within the 3 days of delivery so that we have adequate time to file the claim with the shipping carriers within the claim filing period.
4. Product inspection and pre-fly testing are highly suggested. For defective product(s), please report to us within the 7 days of delivery so that we can follow our procedure to determine the resoluation.
5. For technical questions, please email us at service@hobby-estore.com, we will provide technical support as possible as we can.
6. For after-sale inquiries or product return / exchange inquiries, be sure to follow the procedures as below:
a. send email to service@hobby-estore.com to obtain Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Explanation of the problem and the reason of return is required.
b. we will contact you via email to understand the problem and provide necessary technical support in order to come up with a solution.
c. After the solution is confirmed, we will send the replacement parts to the customers, or we will issue the RMA number for customers to return the products for exchange or refund.
d. Return must be received within the 30 days from the delivery date.
e. Return inspection normally takes up to 5 business days, after the inspection is complete, exchange or refund will be processed.
